Pourquoi?

Because I feel that not living on campus caused me to miss out on all the student life and on making friends with other people there.

For me accomodation was too expensive as the grant from the Sorbonne was only minimal. Besides I quite like comfort and I've never lived in a student residence, so I don't know how I would have coped with the communal kitchen/showers. The main building is nice, though, beautiful architecture.

Well, you can't really expect to save when going to London. The worst thing is the transport. If you do not have many classes throughout the week, better choose accomodation in London, even though you'll miss out on student life a little. It's just that you're likely to experience more in the capital than in the village of Egham, Surrey.

its the perfect university experience, there is not much to advice on.. you ca n have as much fun as u want as long as ur work is done

London is a very expensive city. Everything is a way more expensive than in Quebec, especialy regarding accomadation. I also traveled around Europe during the spring break.

Not really, but students can get a Young Person Railcard to get discounts, and the NUS (National Union of Student)card is very useful to get discounts in various places, including in museums and clubs.

Beautiful campus with good resources and an excellent psychology department. Heavy research component with originally I wasn't a fan of but has made me more employable. A huge range of extra curricular available
