The fact I love the most about this university is that you can easily balance it with the job. Even though the courses are very good and informative, there are not many of them, which allows you to focus on your job, your hobbies, or even travel.
Another good thing is that all the professors are academics and real professionals, and the fact that you are so close to the brightest minds in the country is fascinating.
At the same time, because they focus mostly on their academic occupation, it often happens that the classes are cancelled or you get the weekly schedule at the last minute.

Points forts
Not many classes, also a lot of language classes, which is great.

You get a weekly timetable at the last minute.

It was quite an interesting life and way of studying at my faculty "Center of religious studies", though I would recommend it only in case you want to be a scientist in this field and investigate religions in different ways. This University gives awesome opportunities to go abroad: I went to Poland for a student exchange program for a week, and then participated in a competition that was held by the Ministry of Higher Education of Russian Federation and won a grant to go to Egypt to learn Arabic in Cairo Ubiversity for the entire 2005-2006 academic year.

students are very young and for that reason not specially mature in comparison to Germany. Russian is obligatory and the course "Russian for Foreigners" is excellent. One ought to be informed about the Art and Literatur of Russia as well as of the home contry
