I can say that Sapienza is an University of life, that's because they teach us how much is difficult the life out of University. About the course they are really interesting and the teachers are great! By the way Sapienza has a lot of flaw, like the really complicate bureaucracy.

I can not rate whole university because mostly it all depends on faculty. As a student of Engineering faculty, I can say that the stuff is professionals and know their job and duties. But generally the organisation of bureaucracy and administration is complicated and messy.
