The University is undergoing alot of changes due to educational reforms at the moment; if you go there, keep in mind that you will have to be resourceful, and brave to get what you want.

“Great experience but very challenging”
Ksenija S
Netherlands, Undergraduate
Development Studies, 2010
Overall
Overall it was a great undergraduate experience, with very qualified professors and a great variety of courses. However it is a very big and not so well organized University so learning how to navigate it and deal with the bureaucracy and all the rules is quite challenging. But what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger!

Course recommendations
Talk with other students... Take a lot of courses in the beginning, and skip them you dont like... It seemt real easy just to pick a new course during the first month or so... There's so little control and few teachers controls who shows up when. At some courses in auditoriums there's like 100 students, so in theory you can just sign up for the exam in the end of the course and take the exam without studying. At others the professor really controls who goes, and this matters when he give the grade at the end of semester... Talk with the professors in the beginning of the course so that he knows that you are interested in it. The small courses are often much better than those for the crowds. Write notes...
Dont buy the books, borrow them at the department libary and copi them... You dont want to use them after your study abroad anyway...

Overall
The most interesting course i have followed was Economia Aziendale with Professor Perrone. This subject brought us close to the different existing editorial realities. Graphic designers, editors, writers, editors in chief ect. were present at the lessons and spoke about their working experiences.

“Study Abroad in a best university”
Habiba B
Italy, Graduate
Business Studies, 2023
Overall
I am currently doing a master's in business management, the course is taught in English and the professors are good. There are no job opportunities for the people who don't speak Italian, they can do delivery jobs. The course offered has a good curriculum. The university is huge and the campus is breathtaking.

I wish I had known...
I guess I had a bit of a culture shock, going from the northern europe to Italy... Also more language skills would have eased my socializing.
