I wish I had known...
The fact that this business school is not located with in a student area, it is in the middle of a business park so you have to make a huge effort to actually socialise with french students who come in from along the coast and then go home again (away from the areas where international students live)

Take lots of travellers cheques with you as you cant open a french bank account without an address and this can take some time! (It saves on you being charged commission every time you use an ATM)

“Its a dream to be in Europe”

As part of my MSc in International Business Management I recently finished the International Finance course at SKEMA Business School, taught by Professor Amurya Tarak. I have to say, it was a truly enlightening experience. She is a multi-talented and highly experienced Finance advisor and professional in organizational performance management and has worked with various organizations worldwide. She taught the course engaging and thought-provoking, pushing us to think critically about different methods of measuring and enhancing organizational performance.
Throughout the course, I learned about important principles and tools used in performance management, such as Profit earning Ratio calculation, Finance analysis,International Trade and stock exchange ,International Exchange Rate.Additionally, I gained practical skills in creating and implementing performance management systems, which will be beneficial in my future career in Procurement and Logistics sector.
Overall, I am thankful for the valuable knowledge and insights gained from Professor, and the International Business course. I look forward to applying these skills to my future work and helping us become better managers and leaders!

“Etudiant en Management de projets et programmes”
Nagninyoma P

I wish I had known...
I would have applied for an internship for the summer months, after the semester was over. I wish I would have known about joining an association at school before coming. I also wish I would have known how expensive life on the Cote D'Azur was.

This university is great when it comes to qualitfied interesting professors. The teachers at CERAM come from very interesting backgrounds and have a lot to say. The curriculum isnt rigid and neither are the exams, but make sure to take classes that interest you, not only those that seem easy.

Try to arrive a few days early. Speak to someone who has gone before you, and try to get in contact with a french student at CERAM before arrival so that you can integrate as soon as you arrive. Be careful of your reputation, it is a small school. Concentrate on building life long frienships, don't focus on getting to know everybody. Nurture the friendships you make with local as well as other exchange students. They may last a life time.
