The carnaval ýn Veracruz whých takes place at the end of February ýs amazýng and the largest ýn Mexýco. The nýghtlýfe ýs amazýng. The clubs ýn the centro and San Pedro are both great. For hýp-hop check out The Loft, especýally on Thursdays.
