Because of the coin. 1 fl.=75.5 pesetas. But also because you don´t want to lose any oportunity to know the country and the people, so you have to social life many times. In the other hand you have to eat to surbive and the food is more expensive.

It was easy to study and to all the projects because we had a small english class, but for students (like me) who would have liked to study some dutch that was impossible. There were no courses available

Really good bars where to drink beers and have nice talks with friends. Don't miss Locus Publicus in Brabantse Turfmarkt, neither miss Bee Bop, de Ruif or Cafe de Engels (on the Market Square).

It was a really satisfactory experience, because I had been learning english grammar for years, and this exchange gave me the opportunity to practise the speaking and got a really fluent speech
