Although it took about 30 min by bus to go to SSE and the rent was pretty expensive for a 18 m² room, I started to like it pretty soon. First, there were a lot of other students from all over the world around, so we had a lot of parties and other social events. Second, the area around the accomodation was very green and quiet, so it was good place for jogging. Moreover there was a huge sporthall very close to the accomodation, including gym, badminton courts, sauna, aerobic and rooms to play football.

We were 9 in the corridor where I lived. Very good experience. I met a lot of people and keep very good friends from there, swedish as well as other foreigners. It's very good to integrate the local lifestyle.

The university organised almost everything when you're exchange student and it's easy to find a place. Students have their own bedroom and bathromm and they share kitchen and living-room with 5 or 8 other students, swedish or foreigners. Each corridor has it's own life style, e.g. in my corridor we had a swedish "fika" (kind of cake party) every sunday evening with all the people from the corridor. Other had a corridor dinner, and so on. It's very good to meet other students and to learn the swedish lifestyle. The accomodation are not very far from the university. I recommand this kind of accomodation.

It was good but for freemovers it is harder to get. Exchange students get placements no matter what. For me it took quite long. I shared a emergency-housing appartment with another student for over 3 months.

I think the University, USBE, provides maximum help as concerns student housing. Everything is pre-arranged and the students don't have to bother much. It is really good and I like the way it is being handled.

It's close to the University and city center as well. Most of the students live there so it's really cosy and always fun.

Each student had a room+bathroom and kitchen+living room were common to all the students living on that floor. That gave the feeling of privacy but also possibility of socializing with neighbours in common rooms. I was really happy and if I were to go back there, I would choose the same.
