i lived in an apartement together with tree other erasmusstudents and i had the time of my live. i was free to do what i wanted, to eat what i wanted, did not have to explain to anybody what i was going to do that day....it made me more independent than i thought i was.

when i arrived, the university arranged a room in a students house, but there i had to follow a lot of rules. i chose to look for a room myself which is really easy in valencia because everybody uses posters to look for extra roommates. the prices are reasenable for what you get. i was really pleased with the flat and even more with my roommates...

because living in an independent apartment has got many advantages f.e.: it´s cheaper, cleaner, more independent, more quiet

That way I was able to bond with other ERASMUS as well as spanish who lived with me.
