At the beginning it was dificult to find a flat in the center of the town. Nevertheless, it was worth looking, because I found a great place to live with people of diferent countries.

I was able to have classes taught only in Spanish and be surrounded by Spanish at all times in the day. It was easy to communicate with people after I had been there for a while.

I had just spent 4 months in Portugal so althought originally my Spanish was much better I spent the 1st week trying to speak Potuguese! A week of flat hunting soon sorted that out and from then on I got back on track. Teachers are really friendly and try to mix speaking spanish and any other language they know to help you out.

My experience was marvellous.
When I was a student, some students frm Ireland, England even America came to our classes and talked each other about our culture.
It was funny
Niw as a teacher, Irecommend the same way to connect spanish students with otrher students from all over the world.

Because there were a lot of Americans in our group, we tended to speak English amoung ourselves and it was hard to reach out to Spaniards in order to speak the local language.
