Translating/interpreting faculty fantastic for language learning and not-too-demanding courses - other faculties where much more hard work.

“Great University in Granada”

Overall

This is a good university yet has a large volume of students which some people may not be entirely comfortable with. There is a variety of classes in the main campus. The best experience I had was in the language centre doing the intensive course.

From the bus station it is virtually possible to access most other cities/towns in Spain. Security is very important in this city and students should be aware of the dangers of living in a city.

Again, the accent was very troubling for me at first. I accomodated, but would have preferred to have heard it ahead of time.

The University of Granada is a very well-organized, clean, and fun place to study. There are people from all over the world, all of whom are more than willing to help out in times of need. The general feeling of support is great.

Spain is the BEST. It's very low-key, slow-paced, very relaxing. People tend to be late. Basically, have a very open mind when you go. There is a ton of stimulus; breathe it in slowly. Don't rush to do anything. It will happen when it happens. Even if dinner happens to be at midnight.

What really to bring and what to leave behind. I also wish I would have known further in advance how many American students I would be going to school with. Also most importantly I wish I woudl have researched Studying in San Sebastian, Spain beforehand. I fell in love with Sna Sebastian and count the seconds until I can visit, work or live there!!

Really research other Universities, Programs, and cities in Spain before choosing Granada merely because it is ''close to the beach and the mountains.''
