Places to see very cool concerts of flamenco of others: Upsetter (Near Plaza Nueva,paseo de los Tristes), to see jazz, tango and others: El picaro (Calle Varela, Barrio Realejo)

Las cruces in early may and also corpus cristi at the beginning of June, also during semana santa. Hannigans, finnegans, el camborio but never go to vogue, its rubbish

Spain + sangria + tapas + music + friendly Spaniards= excellent time garunteed!
Good tapa bars around Plaza Nueva.
My favorite is Cafe Europa!!
Also out at the Plaza de Toros there are great bars, dance clubs, etc.
Best cafe would have to bein Plaza Bimramblas around all the flowers.

Around Plaza Nueva lots of good bars. A club called Camborio is excellent on thursdays. Wednesdays are good for Granada 10 (another club). There´s another club called Golden Eye but its just outside of Granada, in a little town called Atarfe. Probably the best I´ve been to.

A place not to be missed, is the area around the foot of the Alabaizin. Here you will find discos, local tapas bars, an Irish pub and even 'teterias' which are teahouses that virtually take you on a trip back to the ages when the Moros ruled the city.
