Universidade de Lisboa (UL)

Universidade de Lisboa is composed of a lot of universities, with different fields. My university inside the group is ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management. The campus is an old convent converted into beautiful classrooms, and there is an addiction of 2 extra new  buildings. The location is premium and environment and culture is very embracing of all students. There are good professors, with excellent backgrounds. There is an environment of help between students and so in general going to study there is not only good in academic terms, but also regarding personal life and the hability to make friends.

Lots of different areas of knowledge and possibility to merge them in some cases. You get a lot of theoretical preparation. Teachers are diverse, some amazing, most neutral, some on the negative side. Campus is not so great, with very old infrastructure and missing/broken research materials (FCUL).

É uma universidade com bastantes recursos e locais diferenciados para os alunos.
Disponibiliza uma grande quantidade e variedade de cursos, nas mais diferentes áreas do saber.
Como em tudo na vida, existem professores que te ajudam na aprendizagem e deixam marca para o futuro e outros que passam despercebidos.

Through my 3 year course I've learned a lot, with excellent teachers and great colleagues.
The History course is well organised, and those who desire to obtain a fair level of knowledge will find in their teachers some of the best mentors.
A great personal experience

Although the information is accessible everywhere, I'd strongly advise any future students to carefully study the program and each course description before enrolling - the same course changes A LOT from teacher to teacher.
