OverallRelationship with the professors is probably the best thing here. The professionalism is obviously there but the bond created with the professors during classes makes the learning spirit and motivation a lot better than the cold-ish usual professor-student relationship.

I wish I had known...
the weather in Braga is not what you think. There is a lot of rain, it's a rain area in the north of teh country. Not every building or house has a central heating so, bring a lot of warm clothes.

Generally, the teachers are eager to help students reach their best performances. Although small, the facilities are well equipped to match students' requirements. School's programmes are very interactive and help their alumni in matters of employment.

Overall
University of Minho has a very green environment and the campus is huge. It is also very organized and classrooms are always clean. There are many international students, many subjects and the professors are so great and welcoming. The bar food is fresh and delicious.
