Évaluation globalefor a student who wants to study here in University of Florence, will enjoy the best study experience one can have. Professors are well trained in their own field. know their stuff. have plethora of experience in their field.
English is the language for teaching and i have not found a single prof. who can not convey the lecture in english. and then the hostel life is amazing . one can enjoy free education , plus live in a rent free rooms, and free meals .

During the course I have been in touch with organisational environment, Italian labour legislation and labour sociology of European countries.
I also have been studying at Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, in Dublin as international student, where I studied international HRM, gender equality policy and reward management, obtaining good results.
In the end I developed a final thesis and a project work about workplace innovation.
