OverallThe University if more or less a good place to study but the materials are not clear and enough so it is up to the student to further read other materials. I did not find the evaluation process enough too because students grade is evaluated based on 1 exam.

Final comments
Because Messina is very long city I would strongly recomend you to look for the appartment close to the student dorm "Casa de lo studente" which is in the city center.
And if you are going there in the summer semester, take some warm clothes with you because Sicily in February and March is very windy and wet.

Personal comments
There was a good experience, plenty of Erasmus students, and others!!! On June, about 30 Americans arrived to the Hall-of-residence. Also, the university restaurant was only a 50 meters. The room was a double one, so I have to share it with another student (it would be great but he was Spanish too and we cannot learn more italian) Hall-of-Residence is a great and economic choice if it's the first time you go to Messina.

UNIME Campus is fully equiped. It consist with the university, gym, dormitory, cafeteria and library. It is located in a high point of the city but is well connected by public transport. It is a friendly and welcoming environment both from the point of view of students and professors. Anyone you meet is ready to help and support you.
The university boasts an excellent level of preparation: each student develops superior knowledge that will help him to fit in well in the world of work.
