I really enjoyed learning italian. I just love the ability to communicate so learning another language was wonderfull. I had the opportunity to read a lot, go to theatre, movies... It felt really good broked the language barrier and finally felt tottaly integrated. I eaven had the opportunity to learn the different accents for each region.
