Eat on campus, this saves you a lot of money. Also buy a 1225 card, this is a reduction card hen it comes to travel. It'll reduce prices up to 50% sometimes and thus saves you money

For buying important household items or electronic equipment, in France in general, there are two big discount seasons that take place each year, one in summer and one at christmas time.

If you use the telephone a lot, use a regular phone card (with chip on it) for local calls and an Omni card (with code number on back) to call the United States. Rates work out to be less that way.
