If you try to explain yourself in French they will very politely try to help you as far as possible although French administration is a horror! Keep cool & wait!

It's a great place to learn but you are most likely not going to interact frequently with local students, but rather with international students more.

French is a very difficult language and it is the best solution to go to a french-speaking country to learn the language!
