Personal recommendation
It's alright. The facilities are somewhat old, and compared to campus life in the States, somewhat limited. But it's the experience of living abroad that compensates for that.

Course recommendations
Meteorology was a fantastic course which I would recommend to any Physics student. The French system is regurgitation. You pass exams by having a photographic memory, not by application of learning

Learning to perfect French in Toulouse is a wonderful experience. The local Toulousain accent is the most distinctive in France and the way they pronouce the language is enchanting. I recommend Toulouse as a place to study and live unreservedly.
