I found it very useful to work out a budget once I had an idea of prices in Paris, and then to keep track of all expenses.

It would be easier to meet a larger number of French-speaking students. However, finding university accommodation for 6 months is virtually impossible in Paris.

Valoración globalJ'ai intégrée l'université Sorbonne Nouvelle de Paris en 2019 en cursus LEA (Langues étrangères appliquées) en anglais espagnol et russe dans l'optique de continuer en master en commerce international.
Il était indiqué que la licence LEA préparait bien à ce type d'étude, cependant je suis très déçue des cours proposés, bien plus destiné à des études littéraires. Ainsi, je tiens à préciser que contrairement à ce qui est dit, la licence LEA est plus dirigée vers les étudiants qui veulent se spécialiser en études littéraires.

apply for caf, you do it on line at www.caf.fr. it is a reduction for student on rent. youy must have your carte de sejour and a contract with your name on to do it but its definately worth the hassle. tribal cafe does free food 4 nights a week moules frites on weds and thurs, cous cous and chicken on fri and sat. you have to buy a drink but prices (for paris) are v reasonable, 5 euros for a very strong spirit and mixer and 3 euros for a pint. its at metro chateau d'eau in passage d'ecureuil (or something like that just keep taking a right turns until you get to the road which has the mini arc de triomphe and its a little passage to the right off there. get there by eight to get a seat though with free food around it gets rammed.
