I wish I had known...

I wish I would have had a better idea of what to pack. If someone could have told me what day-to-day life was like, it would have been helpful.

Final comments

Only pack half of what you think you need, except skivvies. Take VISA and MASTERCARD, because VISA isn't as popular in Switzerland and Italy. If you plan to travel on weekends (which is always the best way to spend a weekend), get the Let's Go book for the country. Take a journal and record EVERYTHING. You will be so glad you did. Don't forget to keep in touch with all the people you meet. Keep their names and addresses in your journal.

En résumé, les stages à l'étranger du BTS Commerce International offrent bien plus qu'une simple expérience professionnelle. Final comments

Pack light with only the basics. It does rain and it a can be chillier than in regions of the US during the summer.

I think housing at this university has been amazing because it was not so big, so it was easy to find what I wanted and to find someone which whom sharing my free time and my interests.From another point of view I think that a bigger city and a bigger university could give you more, about experiences and things to do.
