If the Phillippe is still a student/worker (and this is likely to be the case for the next 35-40 years) I would highly recommend this program.

Université de Bourgogne Review
Kevin B
France, Undergraduate
Marketing and Sales Management, 2022
Overall
The Université de Bourgogne is has definitely made of the city of Dijon a student's city just by the sheer amount of students that are enrolled in it.

Having studied there for quite some time, I've found the teachers to be resourceful, friendly, and able to help students with whatever issues. The cafeterias serve food for a cheap price. Housing for students is also cheap.

Overall, the university of Dijon along with the city serve as a very good place for those looking to study.

Pros
A well balanced university in terms of magnitude.
Cons
City might be too small for those looking for huge cities.

Good quality teaching, cheap but difficult to integrate with locals.

Finland, Undergraduate
International Relations, 2016
Overall
The teachers at the university  of Dijon are fun and offer good quality teaching. However most of the teaching is done on paper. Moreover the classrooms clearly need to be fully renovated. The campus is attractive and displays many different opportunities for sport and study such as : football, basketball, tennis, badminton, canooing and skiing trips...
The main library is fantastic. The school restaurants are quite cheap and food varies daily.
There are many historic  places to visit in Dijon as well.
It did feel though that as a foreign student one is left to oneself from the beginning. Great years anyway.

Pros
The education and housing were accessible (available and cheap).
Cons
I think that the inclusion of new and particularly foreign students is very insufficient.
