On the campus, although it's not so clean, you can get in touch very easily with other students, and if you have a problem, there will be always somebody to help you

Noisy, dirty, nice neighbours, near the university, near student-restaurants and internet. As a foreign student you have a room of your own, the showers and the toilets you share with the others. The room is big enough, because normally they sleep with two there.
