Pourquoi?
I enjoy the independence an apartment gives. Also, staying close to campus allows me to meet other students while still having my own independent experience of the city.
Because you are in a foreign country and you want to experience everything. You don't know if you'll be back and you don't want miss anything (bars, museums, trips...).

I went to school in New York-Amsterdam is cheaper compared to NY. Also, since i was abroad, I wnet out and did more thigns than normal, so I spent more in that regard.

When doing a master, it is important that it is demanding and that it pushes you to work hard. The MSC in Communication Science at UvA does so. The teachers will engage you in order to be more critical and analytical. It is a project-based master that puts a lot of importance on teamworking.
