Very different working system than in Belgium : much more all-year participative.
Watch out for availability of courses (some are only given 1 year out of 2), but the timetable compatibility is usually very good.

They offer a mentorship programme and careers support in interviews, but I have had mixed experiences with how helpful this careers support has generally been.

Pros
Mentoring scheme with someone in your chosen field is very useful. Lots on offer from careers service if you know to look for it.
Cons
Practise interviews could be a little more formal or tailored to the job you're applying for. I didn't feel my practise interview prepared me particularly well.
