It is located in a area full of students, safe, and walking distance from many interesting places.
We were about 20 people in this student house. The location was really good, because the University was only 5 minutes away, and also the centre was pretty close. We had to share 3 showers and 4 toilets and one kitchen. The size of my room, that I had for my own, was ok.
