The Union Activities (UBU) at the University, The BISC for excellent British afetrnoon snack, The Works and The Creation (beautiful night discos), The Old Vic and Redgrave Theatre,The Hippodrome,the free music at The Victoria Rooms, most of the pubs and in particular the Withe Bear for the tasty hamburger and the Old Duke for the enjoyable live music.

Overall
My first year at Bristol has been very interesting and different. I’ve met so many new people and have had quite a positive experience. The lectures and tutors are very helpful and knowledgeable. Although there have been some set back due to absenses and disruptions due to strikes but I cannot fault the university for that.
