I speak already czech but did not improved it during my exchange semester, i was always with international Students which i prefered though. Which was good to improove English and also to get into the real english (not university english)

Prague and the Czech Republic is just overall less expensive to live in! Going out and eating is generally cheaper than the Netherlands.

you have many possibilities to travel in Prague by a reasonable price (train tickets are quite cheap). Recommended destinies: in the Czech Republic (Moravia, Czesky Krumlov, Czesky Budejovice.... Outside: Viena, Budapest,Berlin...
