Housing
Type of housing: dormitory
Arranged by: Host university
If returning, I would choose: dormitory
Why?
because you can keep in touch with the rest of exchange students, it's very cheap and it has several facilities (mainly public transports)

Personal comments
the rooms must be shared by 2 persons each one and there's one building especially available for exchange program students. The cleaning service runs once a month and there are cleaning tools available in the reception. There's a laundry service with 2 machines for all the building.
The environment and the social life in the dorm is the best part.

It can get a bit intense living in dorms sometimes, don't expect to have much privacy!

Some courses are harder than others and the differences can be quite large sometimes. Most courses in political science are good taguht by interesting teachers!

Even if the courses were not so interesting, it was a good experience to see how universities and courses work abroad.

The only thing I would suggest would be to share more courses with Czech students, because courses in english are mainly attended by international students.

go ! Central and Eastern Europe really merits to be known. Prepare to be openmind to the "other Europe", the one who has been for 13 years still under construction. Feel this general atmosphere and you'll get an incredible asset !
