“Lack of transparency and organisation”
Sanjida T
United Kingdom, Graduate
History of Art, 2020
Overall
I applied to a master program in summer 2020, but due to covid, I decided to postpone my studies for 2021. I am waiting for the refund of the deposit fee of the program since August. Now it's almost December, and they didn't refund me yet. I sent them three different bank cards to get back the refund, but, according to them, all the bank cards got rejected.
There is a lack of serious people working there. I believe that if you are not 100% sure that it's the right place for you, then you shouldn't apply. The bureaucracy and organisation lack and it can be difficult for not French students to communicate with the school.
