Overall
I spent four years studying Marketing and Advertising, and out of those four years, I spent two years living abroad. One year in San Diego, California and one year in Valencia, Spain. I am extremely fortunate that my University allowed me to study for two whole years as well as provide me with the support I needed in terms of guidance for my classes and helping me secure extra finance.

In the lecture we only had possibility to listen but I was lucky to meet nice people to practise English after lecture and in the evenings. The good thing was that they were no native english speakers so in the first time we communicate with hand and foot. But after a while it was working quite well and everybody was improoving. Native speakers never would have had the pation to listen to a foreigner with bad language skills...

and try to enyoy as much as possible you just have to be a little bit social because if you are shy you will have problems

when you travel there by car - make sure that you are fully insured.
Euro Card is neccesary in every case.
It was a good experience - whenever you have the chance to go abroad - take it. It forms your life!
