There is no need to be worried about the language skills. You can meet many students whose language skills are not sufficient. Nevertheless, the university personnel and the American population does not care about the language. Everybody is very very friendly and helpful.

Use the unique opportunity of university travelling. At low cost students can see a big part of the US and have lots of fun.
When travelling alone or with friends, rent a car is the best way to go.
Had the feeling that the worst mark a student could get was -B... probably better to make more differentiation with view to performance in class and quality of assignments handed in

Pourquoi?
It is easier to live on campus when I am studying, because the price of the room includes utilities and I dont have to make monthly payments, therefore I dont have to worry about those expenses. Besides, the dorm where I was living, was very close from law school, so that make my life there easier.

The room was small, but there were a lot of international students there, so I had the chance to make good friends. I had my own room but I share the bathroom with other girl, who now is one of my best friends. So my experience in the residence hall was very good.
Location is most important issue. Furthermore a lot of international students life there.

Although the room was small the location was perfect to study for one semester. An excellent place to enrich your personal/ intellectual and social life.
no. collected all infos I needed before I went (very cold in winter,small town,...) so it was a great experience.

wonderful campus in very small town -- next city Chicago (2h away) -- good for travelling to other parts of the US -- live with american students,otherwise hard to find contact to them!!
