nightlife on campus is great, but if you want a bar to sit, drink and talk go "downtown champaign" to "cowboy monkey" or "highdive" for dancing spare yourself the cosmopolitan club! or go there once, so you know why...

on campus living is expensive, not much space, not much freedom, but the main advantage is that you can easily walk to any university building

The UIUC community lives by a work hard and play hard mentality. Students from philosophy to engineering are consistently working 5 plus hours a night studying in the library while weekends are spent cruising Green Street to have fun with friends and bars and clubs. I would 100% recommend for any exchange or international student who is considering American universities for study.

L'espace carrières

There is a Humanities Professional Development and Career Center within the College of Liberal Arts & Science. It helped me find two internships in Logistics as a history major.
