You need to be aware if you can really support the cost of living, because it may be really expensive. Otherwise, be open minded and have fun!

The University of Leeds excels as one of the most prestigious academic centres globally. This is not the only draw of Leeds however, which also boast an incredible electronic nightlife scene, as well as a plethora of restaurants and bars.

The toughest but best years of my life, grounded and molded me ready for the task ahead. I feel i got lucky with the group i shared classes with, tutors were amazing and went the extra mile if ever needed any further assistance. So happy with my education at Leeds Beckett

Just relax and let yourself go with the flow, England is a great country, I agree we are somehow different, but do not let these differences to spoilt your time there. Enjoy your stay and the country as much as you can.

Final comments
It is a bit difficult to be in touch with local students, but you can meet students from everywhere in the world, it is amazing. There are very interesting places to visit fairly close to Leeds, e.g. Liverpool, York, Edimburgh, Lake District, Manchester, etc.
