Si j'avais su

That it does not rain as much as people say it does in London...the weather was great! Also I wish I had known to bring my laptop. It would have been more convenient. But there are internet cafes everywhere so getting online was never a problem. It was also very cheap to get online.

Birkbeck was great because it was located in Bloomsbury in London, where alot of other universities were located so there were a ton of students in the area. The classes were great and we got to tour London to the fullest. I wish I could have taken even more classes or stayed longer. They were very interesting and tied into the study abroad experience.

Travel as much as possible. You are get really cheap flights out of London at Easyjet. I traveled alot and did not spend too much money in the process.

University of London is too big to cover under a general recommendation. I personally studied at the Institute of Education /Uni. of London and it was certainly excellent with regard to academic quality and social life.

Make a good plan to enjoy London and at the same time get most of your academic engagement. Do not panic! Make sure that what you are doing is compatible with your plan.

am currently working at the Hilton hotel at Syon park London in the capacity of restaurant and events. Within the hotel we hold events for weddings, private parties, conferences etc. My duty for these would focus on serving drinks and canopies, interacting with guests and assuring everyone is enjoying their experience. We focus mainly on customer service and we like to create special experiences for each person and pay special attention to dietary, mobility or any of requirements guests may need.

I would have saved more money to travel. Travelling is extremely easy and inexpensive. Also I wish I had known that everything else here is extremely expensive.

The University premises and cafeteria were wonderful. Even though we had American teachers, I still enjoyed our stay at an international university.

I made lots of friends through studying at the university of west london, situated in west london, very nice area with professionals. the teachers and supervisors were really nice to me, they helped me immensely to get my degree as well as my masters in Digital Marketing. They offer extra curicular activities too.

the university of west london provides careers advice services as well as mental health services. I found my internship through LinkedIn. Actually they found me on LinkedIn they are called twin turing.
