AVOID BYING NEW BOOKS!!!THEY COST A FORTUNE. MAKE A LIST BEFORE GOING GROCERY SHOPPING. YOU TEND TO BUY MORE IF YOU DON'T KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU NEED. CALL COLLECT WHEN YOU CALL HOME. THE RATES ARE VERY HIGH.

VISA international has problems in USA. When you make a deposit with VISA and they give you back, it can take 12 days to have your money already back because of VISA international policy.
