It was difficult at the begining but better and better. The most important in the UK is being understood, so if there is few gramatical mistake it is not a big deal

Since i was a kid i have been enrolled in languages schools. Therefore i had no problems with the language. But after such experience it only gets better.

Obviously, at the beginning it was a bit hard to understand the teachers in some cases but, the course English For Academic Purpouses helped quite a lot.

Because my native language is English and English was the primary language spoken at the University of Westminster I did not have any problems.
