Living in a foreign country really enables you to learn more about the language you're studying. At university, you learn formal English and outside with your friends, you learn how to talk, you learn all the slang!

you improve because you have to speak english with most of the foreign students and it is amazing how it can be useful and how you can learn so quick a language when you're in the country

I allready had a good command of English before I came to London. But after I lived there and I allso had a partime job in a restaurant, and went to the university I just learned more slang and expressions.

After one month, ypou becomne totally fluent and after, if youm like to improve your vocabulary and expression, you just need to work it a bit. 2 months is enough to become totaklly fluent

As I spoke already english before going to London it was a good opportunity to improve my english. Communication was not difficult but I had to get used to the accent.

When I came here I could not speak to the local people but now I live with English people and my clasess are in English as well and I do not have problems at all.
