I only know about the accomodations for exchange students and these were pretty expensive compared to what the americans had to pay. The problem was that it was quite difficult to find an accomodation for only one semester.

honestly: housing was pretty bad. The location was perfect, but that´s it. It was too expensive and the furniture in the room was from the 60´s and didn´t look nice at all
