If You go there for spring semester dont bother to take any kitchen supplies because people that are leaving they just will give it to you.usually fridays are free so you ar able to travel for few days and as Czech Republic is just in the middle of Europe, everything is pretty close to it.
And better go Erasmus during fall semester so you acn prolong your stay :]

Because it is very comfortable to live there, not that far away from center, with all facilities that we needed

Because it was really great, all students lived in the same place, we had seperated flats with four big rooms,kitchen and two bathrooms, if we had any problems, people from reception were coming very fast and solving them

When I left the Czech Republic I could hold conversations in Czech, some of which were complex. Czech is a difficult language to learn and many Czech's complimented me. In Prague, it is more difficult because people want to practice their English and do not have the patience to listen to your broken Czech.

the best place to go to between classes is cafe 87 or Destiny- great coffee,waiters and waitresses speak english and they do not look at you weird when u try to speak czech...for evenings Crack and Belmondo during weekends,Uclub on tuesdays and 15 minutes on wednesdays!!
