Something that has always impressed me since from Sweden is the high level of english that every single person have there. It didn't matter if they were a proffesor, a taxi driver, a waiter... Having the TV programms in English with swedish subtitles help a lot.

Växjö is quite a small town if you are coming from a big city. Nightlife is mostly dominate by the Student Pubs..open every night except on Monday ( time to rest )

Swedish is a BEAUTIFUL language. Since I keep in contact with many of my Swedish friends to this day, I still get to hear it occasionally. I picked up quite a bit of Swedish, although most of the Swedes will make every attempt to speak English with you!!
