Personal comments
As there were a lot of foreign students there weho didnt actually speak German, it sometimes got a little frustrating when you tried to speak German to the local students. They would recognise your English accent and so speak German to you thinking you had no German at all. However when I made Austrian friends, they would always try to speak German to me.

Course recommendations
If you are an erasmus student try to do those courses organised by "ZAS" as they tend to be a lot easier than other courses for exchange students.

Personal comments
There should have been more consideration for exchange students who wanted to study German courses. It was also very frustrating to find out that there were no clubs (eg. Football) to join within the college.

Overall
The courses at my studies were very diverse and you were able to select the courses according to your preferences. The quality of teaching at WU is very high and the professors are highly skilled. The campus is very modern and the cohort of students very international which helps to develop an international mindset. It was possible to do a semester abroad which was an amazing experience and helped me to understand business in an international context. The university is free of study fees and is constantly ranked very high which makes it very attractive for students.

Travel as much as you can! go to Slovenia, it´s incredible. Hungary, Slovaquia, Italy, Germany, Czech Republic,... Save some money in advance if you want to go to all the possible places!! there are many discounts for the trains if you get the OEBB card, take it, it´s worth. Also it´s cheaper to rent a car between 4 to 7 people and make a fun road trip!
