All the communications with local people helped me a lot to understand the culture of Japan.Any cultural difference can not be jugded by CORRECT or WRONG, they are just only difference.

GO TO CHUKYO! It's a really great place to study and the staff takes care of you like 9-month foster children. They're really kind.

If you're going to learn Japanese, you have to start out speaking it from the first minute. If you speak English to your Japanese friends, they will speak English to you for the entire nine months, thus wasting your experience. Don't let them do it!

They treat you awesome but Nagoya kinda sucks. If i were to do it again I would Go to Tokyo or Osaka.

Because I already spoke pretty good Japanese so I didn't need to be with a host family. It also allowed me to do the things that I wanted to.
