It was difficoult for me to speak everyday the host language, but in Berlin there are so many things to do and socialize with he others is very imposrtant: for the normal activities and for the studies.

Die Professoren sind sehr ambitioniert und wollen alle am liebsten selbst den nächsten Wirtschaftsnobelpreis gewinnen.
Das bedeutet auch, dass es sehr hohe Anforderungen an die Studierenden gibt, die Lehre jedoch meistens nicht so gut ist.

I found a little hole in the wall bar called Acud that had great live music and an ecclectic clientel. There are cafes everywhere and events going on all the time. Berlin is a city full of life.

I have no favorite places: all the cafes, restaurants, etc, were wonderful.
berlin is one of the worldwide capital cities of culture... museums, art galleries, operas, theathers, and many, many History (the wall, checkpoint charlie, humboldt univerity, Brandemburg door, reichtag...)

It was good. With some small difficults when I came, but with time much better. But I think that it´s not very easy have german friends, the people from another countries were always together.
