Visit some of the more confidencial and private clubs and bars in the area, you will be pleasantly surprised by the friends you make and the reception you receive, very warm.

First, I spoke in English with the other Erasmus and, here in Portugal, almost people can undestand Spanish, but trying to understand Portughese was a little bit difficult.

It was ok, most of the prof.s were talking good English but some of them were nothing. But it was good, because they were always trying to help me.

Course recommendations
The problem with this university is the spirit of competition within the students, the lack of ressources (not enought chairs, crowded classrooms) and the very few contacts and discussions you can have with teachers. It is quite unpersonnal.
