i especially appreciated the contact with international students, not so much with dutch students who were less open for socializing.

try to get internet access quickly, otherwise you will have to go to university too often which becomes annoying. don't worry about traveling. there are always people around with whom you can do trips. brace yourself for dutch dance/trance music. it dominates almost every location.

Personal recommendation
I really recommend this university. The university encourages and practices team-work; practical and essential content/subjects, communication skills and inter-communication which are stimulating and essential for student learning. In addition, the university has available important resources of information and offers vital information technology that we may use all the time.

It is very international and teachers, in general, are very good and accessible. It is a good call for MBA students that wish to stay in the Netherlands

studying at Rotterdam School of Management as a foreign student

Overall
I cam to the Netherlands to study International Business for Asia in 2019. It is an experience which I do not regret!
The study program can be chaotic, which is the feedback from most of my fellow students. However, the content that is taught is very useful in order to understand and be prepared for the Asian business world. The school in general is very helpful towards foreign students, which makes a lot easier. The campus is currently not very inviting as the actual building is getting renovated and the temporary building is shared with an insurance agency, therefore the studentlife vibe is not really present.

That ALL bathrooms are small in the Netherlands; they eat a lot of fried food.

Start by travelling inside the Netherlands and make your way to the rest of Europe; don't forget Portugal, Spain and the southern countries, as well as Scandinavia. Buy a used bike and beware to walk alone someplaces at night. Find a house in the north side of the river Mass.
