I wish there had been more emphasis on learning the local language and interacting with the locals rather than only the students. Since English was the common language and we were all from different countries, we tended to speak only English.

It might seem funny,but I wish I had known before the weather conditions in Heidelberg,because I was quite surprised by the fact that it rained almost all the time

I f some other students decide to study in Heidelberg,I would tell them to take advantage of their time spend there.
Heidelberg is close to Strasbourg, Paris, and many beautiful german cities,so they have no excuse for not visiting them
