The instructors spoke slowly and clearly which was a huge help. They were sufficiently sympathetic to our initial incompetence in the language.

I speak English well but some Spanish teachers are hard to understand and otehr students as well. This University is more british than American - director seems very British and snob

I found that going out frequently to bars, coffee shops and shopping was incremental in my quest to learn the language.
