Commentaire personnel
The housing residence that I stayed in was in a perfect location. It was within a 15-20 minute walking distance to the campus. It was directly across the street from the underground metro station which proved very convenient. It was within walkable distance to a major shopping area. It was also very near to a high-tech internet cafe which was great. As for the residence itself, it was pretty good. I was especially happy because I shared a 3 person room with only one other person, so I had plenty of space. The kitchen/living room area was a little small, but other than that, everything was great!

The school didn't offer any advanced Spanish classes, so I didn't take it at all. But, I think my Spanish improved with every day use out and around the city.

To expand because it will be a success. Also maybe to have more of the international students and American students interact more with eachother because it is a natural habit to get clicky

When traveling go to a travel agent, or the internet for student deals. Do not always take a train flying is sometimes more worth it and cheaper. Do everything possible when you are in Spain and take advantage and appriciate your surroundings

It gets very cold in the winter time in Spain. Also that the majority of students don't stay with families although I think that they should.

There is a strong sense of community at this university becasue it is small. I really enjoyed the trips together and thought they were very well planned out, I liked the fact that the teachers were flexible in allowing us to travel since they believed we could learn just as much outside of the classroom as inside.

Meet as many international students as you can. Go to Seville and Barcelona.

be very cost weary for the first half of your trip. dont spend money on things you don't need, buy food from little fruit stores and butcheries, dont go to el corte ingles to go food shopping. after you get to know the place and you've been there a while then you can start to spend with more ease. always have cash on you and keep a budget book. month by month is a good way to go.

I loved the fact that syudying in another country kind of made school continue after you left the university. The reason I say that is because I would actually use some of the spanish I learned in class outside. It also helps you become a little more comfortable in Speaking overall and making errors. i definitely learned a lot of Spanish while there. The only thing that I would recommend for anyone who wants to go there and studyt would be to live with a family because I lived with a bunch of Americans and it kind of slowed down the learning process.
